We design, develop and manufacture the highest quality clutches and brakes to meet customers' most demanding needs. For some power generation applications we have designed and produced clutches that are used as mechanical fuses and work as safety switches. If part of the system malfunctions and operational deviation is too great, the clutch is designed to stop operating to prevent total system loss. In other clutch and brake designs our engineers have utilized quill shafts, which will break if the torque becomes too high. These designs were developed to protect the power generation and transfer system and were customized to meet specific customer requirements.

Some of our parts are used in the Middle East, in desert settings that subject parts to sandy, wind-blown and high-heat environmental conditions.
